General:
First infringement
The affiliate will immediately forfeit all commissions from the calendar month of the infraction, from any and all sources.
Second infringement
Affiliates will immediately forfeit all earned revenue from the calendar month of the infraction and will be termination from program. Information about unethical behaviour may be shared with third parties.
Additional policy:
Publishers may not use any of the following as means to promote any of SofiaDate's site or services:
•incentives or incentive marketing
•linking to the SofiaDate site directly from any search engine
•trigger-event headlines such as "Get a date tonight", "Free dating site"
Affiliates planning to use paid search or email marketing must apply to the programme.
Publishers may not engage in fraudulent lead generation activities. SofiaDate does not permit hand-inputting or batching pre-collected leads into its form. All leads must be derived from natural traffic.
Publishers may not promote SofiaDate on a network without first contacting and informing a member of the SofiaDate affiliate team.
Publishers may not use the brand term SofiaDate or any variation thereof within their domain name(s).
Neither publishers nor any third party may use SofiaDate name, logo or other trademark in a press release or public announcement.
Neither publishers nor any third party may capture any SofiaDate registrant or subscriber's information, whether by fraud or under the guise of being an SofiaDate affiliate (e.g. by framing or scraping the SofiaDate site).
In the event of fraud or abuse committed by publishers or their affiliates in cost-per-registration campaigns, the parties will cooperate with one another to provide make-goods, in addition to and without limiting other remedies legally available to the party affected by such fraud or abuse.

Content policy
Affiliate sites where SofiaDate content is placed may not contain or relate to:
1.Violence, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group or organisation
2. Pornography, adult, or mature content
3. Hacking or cracking
4. Gambling or casinos
5. Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, infringes on the legal rights of others, or is likely to bring disrepute to the SofiaDate brand
If SofiaDate or its representatives believe at any time that an affiliate has knowingly or otherwise associated the SofiaDate brand with content unbecoming, we reserve the right to permanently suspend that affiliate from the programme with immediate effect.
